Reward and Offers

1. Employee of the month in regards starts from Nov 2022
2. Good completed tasks or projects will be announced every Friday
3. The employee who will be complete 3 years will be RS 15000 as a bonus. A unique badge will be given.
4. The employee who will be complete 5 years will be RS 30000 as a bonus. A unique badge will be given.
5. The employee who will be complete 10 years will be RS 60000 as a bonus. A unique badge will be given.
6. Increments will be 3000 after six months if performance will be up to the mark. Increment months will be April and Oct
7. Employees Referral bonus RS 2000. It will be given after 3 months completed by the employee. To claim email will be sent by the referred person.
